Aug 15, 2017 · Buycraft has a global-ban system for premium plans or above to protect them from Chargebackers as demonstrated below(my buycraft account doesn't have the premium plan, but you get the point) When I had the premium plan, I can manually unban a user who was banned globally specifically on my Buycraft store.

Jun 11, 2019 · Buycraft bans are usually from when you have bought something and decided to chargeback which will get you banned this doesn't have to be on hypixel and could be from any server that uses buycraft on their store.

Jun 5, 2021 · Personally I use Enjin for my ranks but I doubt it's any different for Buycraft. Usually you can just decide on the web store which commands the plugin should execute when a rank is bought. For easier use I made an "admin" command that just has the feature to do all commands in one -> give the rank, money, items, etc.
