Rotary Cutter - Bush Hog Squealer - Worth it? - TractorByNet
May 4, 2011 · Frankly, I have ruled out King Kutter, Tarter, and Howse due to the welds and deck thickness. Here lately I have been very impressed at the Kodiak line. My local dealer quoted me a standard duty Kodiak for $725. Both the Bush Hog Squealer and Kodiak have 11ga decks; better than King Kutter, Tarter, or Howse. I have yet to look at Woods.

Bush Hog Squealer - TractorByNet
Mar 12, 2004 · Fixing on getting a NH TC45DA with 37hp at the PTO. My question is--> I went to look at the Bush Hog Squealer series rotary cutters today at my local farm equipment dealer. I'm wanting to get either a 60" or 72" Squealer. The 72" seems a whole lot bulkier of coarse compared to the 60 inch...
Bush Hog Squealer (SQ148) vs Current Model Cutters
Sep 1, 2014 · My dealer has two Bush Hog Squealers that I can buy TODAY. The problem is, I can find very little information on this particular Bush Hog, other than it is a discontinued model as of 2013. I found a manual online, and I see a little bit of discussion here and there, but what I want to know is if the current models offer anything the SQ148 doesn't.
Rotary Cutter Bush Hog Squealer 160 vs. Squealer 600
Nov 21, 2006 · I'm looking at purchasing a used Bush Hog Squealer 600 (now discontinued)and am wondering how it compares to the current model Squealer 160. (I'm assuming the SQ160 replaced the SQ600.) Both are 5 foot cutters and are "light/medium" duty. The current model 160 is listed at 636 lbs. (without...

Mar 23, 2007 · I used to have a JD 750, which is rated at 21hp engine, 18hp PTO. JD recommended 4ft implements for that size tractor, although it would run a 5 ft BB just fine since it was 4x4. I only ran a 4ft Landpride bush hog (about 520lbs) to cut with, but that one still made the front end REALLY light going up a moderate grade with the hog raised up.
Woods BB60 vs. Bush Hog SQ600 - TractorByNet
Aug 18, 2006 · The Woods is about $1300 and is right here in town and could probably have it delivered. I have heard the Squealer is the light duty version and the Woods standard version is more like the medium duty version of the bush hog and that Woods would last me longer. Any advice or personal experiences to ease my decision would be of great importance.
Removing Bush Hog blade? - TractorByNet
May 27, 2005 · Hi folks. I'm working on a Bush Hog Squealer 148 rotary cutter. I've used an impact driver to loosen the nut on the blade attachment bolt. But after loosening about 1/8 inch, the bolt (#28 on the diagram) just spins when the nut is …

BUSH HOG or RHINO? - TractorByNet
Jun 10, 2004 · Around here, Bush Hog has more dealers. That translates to more competition. That means a better price usually. I own 2 Bush Hog mowers now (286 and 2615 Legend), and 1 more on the way. I was able to buy a Bush Hog medium duty 2 years ago (286) for the same price as a Rhino light duty mower. I've got a 307 Bush Hog on the way.
