Soak the buns in water, squeeze them and keep aside. Roast the cashew nuts in ghee. Heat a heavy bottomed pan with little amount of water with sugar. Stir well until the sugar dissolves in water. Add the bun and stir. To this add ghee, stir well until it comes to the halwa consistency. Sprinkle cashew nuts. Remove from fire and serve.
