Jan 29, 2014 · One argument I have for this theory is how Broly's hair/ki appears. If you compare the pictures of Broly, http://dragonball.wikia.com/wiki/Broly when he is in regular Super-Saiyan his hair is yellow and more "spiky" than in the blue state where his hair appears "softer".

In the second Broly movie, where he doesn't have the mind control device, his Super Saiyan form is regular golden blonde. His Legendary form is green because thats just the color of that form, same with Kale's berserker form.
