Homemade dog food is economical and far more healthier for your dog than commercial brand dog foods. I usually feed uncooked 80% meat, 10% bone, 10% organ. Raw uncooked bones are safe, including raw uncooked chicken bones.

Jul 21, 2015 · I am going to be rather unpopular here. BUT your boy is to big. The boxer is a medium breed dog and north american lines males should only weigh around 60-70lbs. Some lines in europe do run heavier. Unfortunately from your pictures your dog looks to be obese. Their should be a visable waist tuck and the last 2-3 ribs showing.

Nov 11, 2010 · When our last Boxer started excess salivating, it was an indication that we needed to watch for possible bloat. Other health issues led to excess gas buildup in his intestines. Strangely, he was never a dog that passed gas often which may have been part of the problem. Our new guy is the same, but at least he will burp.
