Oct 7, 2024 · The answers are largely, the BoS never independently invented the ability to industrially manufacture power armor, both the East and West Coast Brotherhood essentially just co-opted Enclave bases to gain that ability, and to learn how to upgrade the T-45/T-51 schematics to a better model, by reverse engineering Enclave Power Armor.
