The process of deed registration, not only ensures protection of critical property/land rights of individuals but also serves as one of the largest sources of revenue for provincial Government.

Sindh Revenue Board has developed and deployed an online module for this purpose at eSRB portal https://e.srb.gos.pk for their convenience. The form is available under the Sales Tax Tab and requires minimal amount of time and effort.

After completion of the verification process, process of validation of record through inviting objections from the landowners will be undertaken in pursuance of directions of the Honorable Chief Minister Sindh to make the computerized land records error free.
