Now copy the "This computer only" folders to the root of the new data file you added. Verify that the data has been copied by examining the folders. Now you can remove that data file by right-clicking its root and choosing Close.

You can copy/move that .wab file to the Windows 7 system. In Windows 7, open Windows Explorer and navigate to the C:\Users\your name\Contacts folder. On the Toolbar, click the Import button. In the Import dialog, select the Windows Address Book (Outlook Express contacts) option. Click the Import button and navigate to where you saved the .WAB file.

May 3, 2017 · When I open a spreadsheet I get a spreadsheet called 'Book 1'. I then have to go in and personalise it eg. change font size, font type, show page breaks etc. I can save my personalised spreadsheet as a template but what I do not know, nor can I find out, is where to save it so that it loads when I want a new spreadsheet or I go directly into Excel.

As I mentioned before, your contact details are held in this file: C:\Users\FLong\AppData\Local\Comms\UnistoreDB\store.vol. I confirmed this by doing some further research.

Nov 19, 2014 · Go to C:\Users\User_Name\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Excel as in Option 1 (This path is one level lower of XLSTART) and change the extension of .xlb file(s) to something else say .xlb1. Close Excel and restart Excel again. Your old .xlb file will be there in the folder so that in case you need it in future.
