BoCor Holdings, L.L.C. (BoCor) is a locally owned organization focused exclusively on the exploration, development, and production of crude oil and natural gas within the Appalachian Basin. We have enjoyed almost 60 years as an independent owner and operator of conventional oil and natural gas wells in Ohio and Pennsylvania.

We manage our portfolio of mature natural gas and oil properties safely and efficiently with our experienced team of skilled operators to generate cash flows that provide stability and growth for the long-term benefit of our stakeholders.

Our portfolio is comprised of approximately 500 conventional natural gas and oil producing wells. Our shallow-depth vertical wells produce from low permeability reservoirs sitting above and within the prolific Marcellus and Utica shale formations of the Appalachian Basin.
