Libations 5) Occultation 1) and 2) are relevant but they cap at 500 BLU skill, so pretty easy. 3) has no known cap 4) is a Drain HP, not very relevant? Mar 28, 2020 · Yes, BLU is very capable of tanking a great many things and probably able to tank current End-Game content as well. However, BLU's tanking in some form relies heavily on spell casting; usually making some fights tricky if the NM keeps spamming TP.

May 30, 2015 · I Have recently finished getting BLU to 99 and was looking to find out which are the most important BLU spells that need to be collected first so that I can be an effective Blue Mage. In engaged MDT and Meva sets we now have to deal with capping dual wield which usually takes either back and one earring slot or both earring slots out of the equation and I can't find a earring that would cover both light and dark resistance in one piece anyway.
