Bloater will likely be throwing pustules at you and not charging, very easy to dodge. Continue pelting Bloater until he runs at you and run again to the opposite side, where you should be able to dispatch Stalkers.

Once it's just you and the bloater, we refer to the strategy we usually use against these hulking behemoths. Find a long corridor you stand at the end of and wait for the bloater to approach.
