Billy is a clown-like animatronic that always has a crescent smile on his face. He has a red clown wig and wears a green jumpsuit with a small yellow 'coat' over it. He is never seen performing with the other showstoppers, since he is only for birthday parties. He has a classic clown nose as well.

Billy is a minor recurring character in The Walten Files. He is an animatronic clown who was a member of The Showstoppers. After the murder of Rosemary Walten, Billy was seen being moved into the K-9 Storage Facility. During a failed attempt at completing a "Relocate Project", Billy was found by Ashley Parks while the other employees were sleeping.

They are possessed by Ashley. Ashley had played a tape in him, he mentioned the dead people. Then Ashley light turned out and Bon killed and stuffed her in Billy.
