Nov 1, 2022 · Plateau State Government has affirmed it stands that the termination of the contract of firm, Bleneson Services Nig Ltd over the N59bn Lalong Legacy Projects remained valid and irreversible.

Nov 4, 2022 · The Managing Director Bleneson Services Nigeria Limited (BSNL), Engr Lawson Ngoa the Contractor handling the Lalong Legacy Project has said the project being carried out by his company for the Plateau State Government cannot be re-awarded as it is still valid.

Recall that Bleneson Services Ltd had on March 16, instituted a suit seeking to restrain the Plateau government from terminating its contract with the company for the construction of schools and hospitals under the Lalong Legacy Projects.

What is more, the Plateau State Government has since taken possession of its Sites and found another Contractor to complete the Projects which could not be delivered by Bleneson as agreed in the erstwhile Contract.
