A CNC machine whittles away the block of aluminum until you have a finished engine block or cylinder head. This is good for strength and repairability. I’ve had all types of mounts in my cars and can confidently say the upgraded mounts aren’t worth it and the only difference is you’ll feel more vibrations. Spend your money elsewhere, save for better tires or a tune/intake/ or exhaust. So many better upgrades.
