Noah is a survivor of the outbreak in AMC's The Walking Dead. He is first encountered as a hospital ward at Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia, by Beth Greene, with whom he forms a good friendship.

Beth's death, the hospital, Noah, it was all pointless in the end. Both Beth and Tyrese died cause of Noah and in the end Noah died too making everything that happened in those early episodes completely in vain.

After Beth looked down, Noah snuck a lollipop into her newly washed laundry. After Gavin Trevitt is accidently killed, Noah takes the fall for Beth, and is punished by Dawn Lerner.
