Sep 1, 2021 · I'd continue with FF tactics for a bit to see if you like it. The plot is one of the best in a game period. Tactics Ogre is also great. I played the first trails in the sky on PSP some years back. Really enjoyed it. The kingdom heart's game is a solid action RPG. Haven't played Valkria Chronicles on PSP but enjoyed the games quite a bit on Switch.

Basically, pick one, stick with it and understand all of its features. MZ and MV have the most options with scripts and plugins to really customize what you want

MW:D works as a standalone RPG, with a couple of caveats: it's an indie-style (narrative) RPG written by people who've never played one and are intimidated by them. If you are the sort of group who can work together to make a story, MW:D is a bit clunky but enjoyable. The combat system is a particular highlight.

Even Rebirth of the Night, I can see why people say it’s better, but it’s also twice the number of mods (which is no good if you don’t have quality hardware) and has a very different feel to it than RLCraft does
