These ports have not been registered, and dont do the almost impossible to troubleshoot having multiple apps or clients using the same port. Any port in this range should be equal and you could test it by looking at speeds on a few different ports if you were bored.

E.g. - Listening port = 55125, Obfuscated port = 55126 So, open the port range 55125-55126 in both public + local. They should only need to be TCP, but adding UDP won't hurt.
