Jul 18, 2017 · Cosmelan and benzoyl peroxide should not be used together. Cosmelan is a stand alone treatment. If used together they can cause irritation, redness of the skin. Hold off on the acne treatment until you are done with Cosmelan. You might try LED treatment instead of Benzoyl peroxide which helps reduce the P acne bacteria.

Then wash your face at night with gentle facial cleanser and then apply tretinoin cream. I highly recommend you consult with your prescribing provider regarding the appropriate treatment regimen.

Jun 2, 2018 · The skin is usually very dry for few days after the microneedling procedure and you may be able to use clindamycin topically but you should avoid tretinoin cream and benzoyl peroxide for atleast 1 week after the procedure.

I once used a hair removal cream for the face, and it made me breakout in my cheeks(it never happened b4).
