Since bats migrate depending on temperature and food supplies, so to must the bat bugs forage for food when local colonies of bats are gone. Bat bugs can exist several months without eating but extended periods without food will cause an exodus which may or may not be random.

1/ Because bat bugs do not reproduce from human blood, as bed bugs do, our lives aren't thrown upside down. We don't need to move into combat ready mode with one bug, exposing our health to insecticides along with incurring a huge financial burden!

To Whom It May Concern, I need an ID on an insect but it's so small (about 3/16") that my phone isn't capable of taking a clear photo. I'm thinking it's either a Bed or a Bat bug. Visually it seems to be a bed bug but we've also got a number of bats living in the attic directly above our bedroom.
