In order to solve the problem of severe twist shrinkage in ring spinning composite yarns of basalt fibers and staple fibers with high modulus differences, this study introduces a new method to improve the structure of yarn formation by stress balance to reduce the residual torque of the yarn and obtain low-torque composite yarns.
