Feb 28, 2022 · The Arsonist—a smoked old fashioned—is Bar Bix's spin on a classic cocktail. “It is smoked in front of guests using a SmokeTop and cherry wood chips,” says general manager Cassondra Ruta. “The SmokeTop and cherry wood chips give it this campfire aroma and adds some nostalgia to the cocktail.”
