University Of North Dakota's concert bands in the Department of Music include the Wind Ensemble and the University Band.

Enrollment is open to all University of North Dakota students. As a member of the Pride of the North Marching Band, you will have the opportunity to perform in a musical organization which performs for over a half-a-million people live and countless millions on national television.

Roughly 70% of members are non-music majors and participate for their love of music and UND Athletics. Back the Band allows you to sponsor a student, section, or the entire Pride of the North Marching Band while being recognized for your support.

Nov 14, 2022 · UND’s marching band celebrates 25th anniversary. Homecoming Week was a busy one for the 150 members of UND’s Pride of the North Marching Band. Not only did they march in the parade and at halftime of the football game, but they provided a musical punch to several other events throughout the week.

Pride of the North is the premier athletic band program of the upper Midwest. Featuring six different bands, Pride is the largest university-supported group at UND and is watched live by over a half a million people each year.
