Feb 9, 2023 · I have the chamber fan on for all of my prints, it was originally defaulting at 100%. You can change the g-code in the filament settings, under the advance tab. In the start g-code, M106 P3 is the chamber exhaust fan. If you were to change it to M106 P3 S130 , that would set the fan to run at 50% (S255 is 100%)

May 9, 2023 · Part cooling fan - on tool head - rapidly cool the extruded plastic. Aux fan - mounts on the left side and has a duct to direct air at the level where the printing is happening. - Some filaments require extra cooling. Do not use for PLA. Chamber fan - I am not sure where it mounts because I don't have one on my P1P. The X1 should come with one.
Correct operation of Chamber Fan? : r/BambuLab - Reddit
Nov 22, 2023 · This is for an X1. Yeah even Bambu calls the chamber fan the exhaust fan in their wiki. Which is why I found it so odd that it was sucking air in. However, I dug a little further and removed the carbon filter and then manually set the chamber fan to 100% and it exhausts air out now! Then just for the heck of it I put the carbon filter back in ...
Does the chamber fan do anything? : r/BambuLab - Reddit
Jun 3, 2023 · The chamber fan does pull through the chamber, it’s not moving a lot of air and the purge chute may short circuit what air does flow through. By that I mean that instead of pulling air across the chamber, it pulls it up the chute, across the back wall then through the …
Should my x1 carbon chamber fan be on when printing ABS?
May 16, 2023 · The chamber fan vents the chamber to the outside to keep it cool during printing to avoid heat creep, again with materials like PLA. It should be off while printing ABS to keep the chamber hot but can be turned on at the end of the print to vent the chamber through the filter before you open the door. Honestly, it doesn't do that much for that.

X1C Chamber Fan at 100% : r/BambuLab - Reddit
Feb 8, 2023 · After a recent update, my prints now trigger the chamber fan to start at 100%. Is there a need for it to run at 100%, or will a lower speed suffice? This may have always been a thing, but I'm just now noticing it.*

Jan 5, 2024 · PETG is a bit different as in, you need less cooling and on your part directly. I don't personally have a lot of experience with PETG tho and your standard profile should do fine. I don't expect the chamber fan to be necessary there either tho. Maybe that helped a little and I hope someone with your exact printer can help some more ^
Fan Noise is obnoxious, did anyone try to use noctua fans (or
Oct 2, 2022 · I think chamber cooling and control board fan. Even if you pause a print or put it in silent mode the noise floor almost doesn't change. I was thinking to replace the fans with nice noctua ones. I must still check comparability, the control board fan is standard 5 V, the chamber cooling fan is 24 V (based on the stats in the store).
