Jul 31, 2008 · Aug 1, 2008. #2. Hatching bamboo's is always tricking. It's a tough call to say most of them don't make it, but the numbers of bamboo hatchlings that perish is rather depressing. I was able to successfully hatch a bamboo for my LFS quite some time ago. He was doing great in the egg, slowly using up his yoke.

Oct 23, 2008 · Perhaps start preparing, find/start contacting people who might be able to house the shark. But you have a good 6 months, at least. That said, the shark looks like it was born way too early, the yoke is still quite large. You said "I just hatched", did that mean you manually hatched the shark (ripped the egg open)? Feeding tips, start small.

Nov 25, 2004 · I have had it for like 2 months now my bamboo shark egg and they said it was going to hatch in like 2months, but it seems like its taking 4ever, man o man, how do u know when its about to hatch? It's still alive i can tell that its moving cause i can see it, but what are some signs of it hatching?

Hi all I have a bamboo shark egg. Had it for over a month already. Today I checked it for the first time in about 5 days and I don’t see it moving. When I first got it you could see a tiny shark moving a lot. As time past it got bigger it moved slower today I don’t see it moving. Should I be concerned? Please someone help me out.

Sep 3, 2010 · If you want to keep a shark but think that sharks are too expensive you might consider buying a shark egg and raise the shark yourself. Shark eggs are available from several small shark species and are generally much cheaper than live sharks as they are easier to handle and transport. The eggs viability can be checked in front of a strong light.
