Put the bucket into the position shown in the above illustrations and fill it with water. 100 US gallons is the equivalent to 0.495 cubic yards. That’s the struck capacity.

Dec 13, 2019 · The 44k excavator I used was awesome and made quick work of my stumps, rocks, etc. The Case 580k has done a lot of finish work and some stump work. Difference is hours instead of 15-20 minutes and knowing your limitations.

May 3, 2011 · Alot of tight yards were 320 size is getting to big, so think of the space you'd have on your job as well. CTL and a mini exc. are a much better set up for septic work than a backhoe. More manueverable, can cross fields unlike a hoe, attachments such a harley rake. CTL is much better at pushin sewer gravel and spreading loam then a backhoe as well.
Is there any benefit to learning the iso pattern?
Feb 15, 2021 · (The guy runs a Deere backhoe next to a Yanmar excavator. It's interesting.) I asked the same question when I bought an excavator. I couldn't get my head around the ISO pattern very easily--so I just changed the pattern to SAE (John Deere or backhoe pattern) and other than learning to drive a tracked vehicle the transition was easy for me.

Sep 10, 2023 · A fair comparison to a full size TLB is an 8-ton excavator, a 3.5-4 ton machine will definitely be outclassed by a backhoe when digging deep, excavating large volumes or lifting heavy. In my case digging ~2' deep the mini ex was as fast or faster than my Case 480E.
