Meta-braze™ BTi-5 is a high-purity alloy of titanium, copper, nickel, and zirconium. It produces high strength, vacuum tight joints suitable for high service temperature applications, up to 500°C (600°C for short cycles).

Meta-Braze ™ BTi-5 is a highly specialised brazing filler metal that can be used for brazing titanium alloys, ceramics and diamond. It has a recommended brazing temperature of 890-920°C. It is available as an amorphous foil, in a powder (-106 or -90 microns size) or as a paste.
