Jan 27, 2025 · I have recently joined BT but am having trouble with the BT app. Initally i was able to see my order and when my smart hub would arrive but now anytime i try and log in i keep getting an error message.

Nov 12, 2024 · I am able to login fine on the internet with my BT ID so i have no idea what I am doing wrong or how to login to the app. I have deleted, reinstalled and updated the app with no joy. Please help.
