Sep 13, 2023 · A spare tire alone will still leave you stranded because BMW didn't give you a jack or tools to remove a wheel. A spare tire would need to come as a kit with tools.

May 19, 2022 · Also note that the X5 is heavier than many of the other BMW vehicles, so you want a tire/wheel assembly that can handle the weight. On a typical smaller emergency spare, the weight will cause things to flex, and flex causes heat, and heat causes degradation.
