I thought the 50i might include a few extra things as standard, but found that apart from two pieces of trim (grille and exhaust tips), it actually has a slightly less included when compared to the 35i Premium (though obviously more than the 35i base).

I love the 2016 - 2017 X5M on paper and it drives as good as it looks but the X5 50i, on paper, seems to be a nice middle ground. In terms of price, there is an approximate approx. $20K delta which is sizeable but doable. I am leaning towards 50i as a nice middle ground but the horror stories are scary.
