Nov 18, 2016 · I have been starting the K1 every few days without a problem and decided today to go out for a run. I have a test route I use that brings me through a village then dual carriageway and then onto a motorway. Perfect on the way out and most of the way back, the K1 was running perfectly and even touched 130km on the motorway.

The main cause of this is the bike's aerodynamics, the fairing (especially the front wheel fairing) is designed to re-direct the air stream around the outside and not through.

Nov 23, 2010 · How about swapping the fuel injection relay with the horn relay, I believe they are the same model of relay from memory. That will tell you quickly if the relay is ok. Checking on Max BMW for my bike shows the following This relay is assigned to multiple uses. Including: fan, starting, load shed, horn, Motronic, and your fuel pump Regards, K-BIKE
