Jan 25, 2013 · Considering upgrading from an E46 to an 08 335i. Any common issues with these cars? The car I am thinking of has CPO for another 40K miles or May-2014. After that, what to expect?

Dec 26, 2017 · Bought mine new in 2013. Presently at 35k miles, tuned since 1k. I had a 2011 335i with the N55 and I couldn't get rid of it quick enough. Hated it compared to my previous 2008 335i with a N54. The N54 and the DCT convinced me to stay with BMW.

Oct 1, 2017 · Currently have a 2011 335i m sport with 115 k miles and so far so good. Only thing so far is I replaced the expansion tank but that's common issue with all bmws. And the 2011 with the n55 engine hold up way more than the n54. I don't think you should be too worried about a 2011 335i, just make sure you have maintenance records or go get a pre purchase inspection. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Sep 18, 2008 · Is the 2008 BMW 335i problem free? Oil-coolers, over-heating etc etc Are their still problems for 2008 models of the 335i? Last I heard for 2007 models of the 335i, a lot of people had to get new oil-coolers and hit up their local stealerships almost every month cause something eventually went wrong..

Nov 8, 2012 · There is a problem with your 2013 F30 335i, not with the 2013 F30 335i. If they went ahead and reflashed the iDrive and peripherals software and no fix then request your dealer to inspect the 12V/ground lines of the iDrive, Monitor and Combox units.

Feb 20, 2009 · BMW also wrote several mails to BMW Germany about "this Problem", but no solution in sight so far. All the 335i drivers who got some of my Problem, just got replaced some of my replacements.

Oct 25, 2011 · You do not want to buy a 2007-10 BMW 335i, or 5 series with the 300 hp twin turbo engine. I have had my 2008 335i for 3 years and only 27K mikes and have had nothing but problems. I am done and I am turning it in today for a 328i hard top convertible, my 335i was a hardtop convertible too.

Aug 10, 2016 · Background: Bought a 2008 BMW E93 335i two years ago. Car has been great. I don't race it or drive like an animal, do normal check ups and replace fluids regularly. Only modification is an AFE dual cone intake. About a few weeks ago I noticed that the car was idling rough in the morning. Thought it was just a cold start.
