B16B intake valve seats are at a different angle to B16A, 45 degrees vs 60 degrees. The intake valves are also different, being lighter and having a thinner valve stem. Note: This engine uses the same block as the Integra Type R, which is taller than the B16A block, but with a crank the same stroke as the B16A. It uses longer rods to accommodate for this, which is why the Rod/Stroke ratio is higher than a standard B16.

First, I need to say that the B-16 cylinder head is a pretty good piece from the factory. The port volume is generous right out of the box, and unless the head's intended for some very "special" use, enlarging the ports isn't recommended.
