When AutoCAD 2016 was removed, the files of AutoCAD 2017 showing in the Windows Explorer of Windows 10 began to show blank (white) with nothing on it to indicate the AutoCAD program type like before. Dec 5, 2018 · You may have to re-associate the default program for dwg files. Right click file > Open With > Choose Default Program > Choose AutoCAD.exe or whatever you're using.

Jun 29, 2021 · Go to the ACAD support directory, select one of the .dll files there and you should see an ACAD Icon. Pick that and say OK. You should have AutoCAD DWG Launcher and AutoCAD Application as choices. Try one or the other.
