Feb 11, 2005 · I'm new to the Audi Forum and was wondering if anyone has had any experiences with the Audi TT and replacement of the timing belt. I've heard mixed suggestions on when it should be changed. The Audi factory manual suggests 80k miles, but I've heard many say that 60k is the time to do it.

Jun 14, 2022 · The TT msrps for almost double, and it's just way more of a complete package. If I were being gifted one I'd pick the TT without a second thought, even though I do love the 86. As for reliability, not sure how aware you are of this but: car owners' general attitude towards maintenance is completely different in the states than it is in the EU.

Feb 3, 2021 · Audi TT Hardtop Conversion I purchased a 2009 Audi TT 2.0t soft-top convertible about 2 years ago, and the fabric top has been destroyed by the Texas sunlight. The fabric shrunk and has separated from the rear windshield, so it leaks and rattles, and there's no way I'll be able to stretch it out.
