RF Audi transaxle | GT40s
Dec 20, 2001 · What car was the Audi transaxle used. What prices has anyone paid or seen? Going to order a RF this spring and want to get everything ligned up. The Audi trans can be had cheap, I found one at a pull a part yard and had them pull it out for $25 and the trans cost me $75.

Sep 3, 2005 · Audi Original "S" Cars - Just installed my RF central locking system. Works Great - I ordered a Prestige Model #APS-25CH remote security system. This model has the double pulse signal needed for S4/S6 door locks.
Its sole job is to amplify the Radio Frequency signal from the glass mounted aerial. The 12 volt power feed to this Audi RF amp unit is supplied by the Audi head unit down its aerial connector via the coaxial cable (no separate power lead or trigger).
