Mar 31, 2010 · Most tuners are recommending the ECU upgrade first followed by the FMIC. The dynos for AWE's FMIC was tested with the chip upgrade already installed. I guess the OEM FMIC is sufficient for stock performance so it's probably a marginal benefit without chipping the car first.

Apr 30, 2024 · So far, I’ve added NGK iridium plugs, Masterpro Ignition coils, IE cold air, CTS catch can & PCV delete, and if anyone is familiar with naptown tuner’s youtube content, I did his mod where you cap off the little turbo intake resonator box on the driver’s side of the vehicle with a 1&1/8” cap ordered from boost products.
