Apr 19, 2023 · I’m sure the Athena is great to shoot. “Perfect Zero” is kind of an over-the-top marketing thing, but I don’t doubt Atlas figured an optimal or near-optimal length to make it easy to get in tune with the gun’s recoil impulse.

Apr 19, 2023 · XC is a great gun (and I did some modest ergonomic mods like atlas safeties, thumbrest and a new non-functional grip safety and Infinity flat trigger). Despite those upgrades, the Erebus is simply a better shooter than the XC in every way in my hands and side-by-side shooting - Erebus if flatter, softer and faster.

Dec 4, 2020 · I made the mistake of selling my Cheely IDPA gun to fund another purchase and Matt really doesn't was to build guns these days. So, I decided to try one of the Atlas Gunworks NYX pistol for IDPA/work. I've only put 200 rounds through this pistol, but it was amazingly easy to shoot accurately.

Apr 19, 2023 · It flips up a little more than the Erebus, which is amazing to shoot, but the Apollo offers so much more. The Apollo is basically an Athena with a ported barrel. Atlas was awesome and let me order a non ported barrel at the same time I picked up the Apollo. So with one gun I got the Apollo and the Athena.

Dec 31, 2024 · There's no need to put in an order for an Atlas Titan. They are in stock everywhere. Atlas lead times are currently around 18 months which is also a consideration. Do you want to be waiting that long for your LO gun? Aug 25, 2016 · Atlas is a first rate company. They build an excellent gun and do it in a timely fashion. Their service after the sale is phenomenal. Had one minor issue on at a Saturday match and sent an email after the match. Had the answer the next day. Strongly recommend them.

Sep 11, 2017 · First time poster here. I bought an Atlas Titan in 9mm along with a STI Marauder and a STI DVC 3 Gun a couple of months ago. The STIs have run without any issues with all of my brand new gen 2 STI mags (four 126 mm, six 140 mm, three 170 mm). The Titan experiences FTF with all of the 170 mm and FTE with one of the 140 mm mags.
