Aug 30, 2021 · Clarification on above point after consultation with right people in Ather. Box of both DOT and Portable Charger carries same Electronics. Box is sealed well, hence it should be good against ingress of dust and water. However Wall Plug and Charge Handle where we connect to the scooter are not protected against these.

Feb 2, 2023 · In fact Ather service centre folks did not call it deep discharge but said “Deep shutdown” but may be they used the wrong terminology. And when the scooter woke up, it still had 50% charge left, so it was not really a deep discharge event and the Ather service team did not charge the scooter.
