The last Shen skin that was released was in late 2020 via the PsyOps skin set, so it will be nearly three years since Shen has received new cosmetics.

Ashen Knights is currently a mythic essence exclusive thematic. The knights' king can be seen in Pyke's recall. A large statue of the king can be seen in Ashen Graveknight Mordekaiser 's Ultimate. While not part of the skinline, Ashen Lord Aurelion Sol shares the same name.
