exemestane (Aromasin) You are most likely to have anastrozole or letrozole for 5 years. Or you might have one of these drugs for 2 years followed by tamoxifen for 3 years. If you can't have an aromatase inhibitor, you have tamoxifen for 5 years. Other options might include:
