The ARO 24 Series is a 4x4 off-road vehicle manufactured by ARO from 1969 to 2006 and mass produced from 1972. ARO 24 a fost o gamă de vehicule de teren fabricate începând cu anul 1972 de către Întreprinderea de Automobile ARO. Primul model, denumit oficial ARO 240, a intrat în producție după o perioadă de 6 ani de proiectări.

První série vozidel ARO 24 se vyráběla mezi roky 1972 a 1976. Charakteristická byly hranatými předními světlomety použitými i u vozů značky Dacia a zadními světlomety převzatými z modelu IMS.

Jejich čtyřválec o objemu 3,119 litrů a síle 68 koní dosahoval rychlosti 115 km/h při spotřebě 12,3 litrů / 100 km . ARO 24 dosáhlo značného obchodního úspěchu, do konce roku 1985 jich bylo vyrobeno přes 125 000, z toho 93 000 na export.
