Aug 6, 2021 · Honestly, you should still be using @mail.mil for webmail access. You can access Outlook 365 on a NIPR system for you're @army.mil email, but there's no guarantee that those emails will still exist when @mail.mil and @army.mil merge at the end of the year.

Jan 11, 2023 · The Microsoft license is tied to the army.mil account. @usa.army.mil is the email they are transitioning to. Those who were not given an army.mil license will have their mail.mil transitioned to usa.army.mil. This can be a problem. You cannot edit microsoft office products like word, excel, etc without the army.mil license.

Sep 9, 2023 · What just worked for me was calling the Army help desk. 866-335-2769. He said on firefox, click menu, settings, privacy and security, clear history. In history set the range to everything, and clear the cookies and cache. Then restart the browser. Type internet options in windows search (in the start bar).
