The Russian Armed Forces (alternately the Russian Ground Forces or RGF) are a REDFOR faction in ArmA 2. They also make a minor appearance in ArmA 3 and are represented as the Russian Spetsnaz faction.

DRO on the otherhand sets a more dynamic scenario with better enemy reinforcements and random patrols, which I enjoy a lot more than TRGM2. If you are looking for a quick random mission I recommend TRGM2 but if you want a more fleshed out map with multiple stuff to do, I would say DRO.
