Nov 18, 2007 · Hi All- I am new to all of this. I just recently started trying to take creative and artistic pictures. I am currently using a 35mm Pentax Spotmatic F and it works very nicely but I wanted to branch out a little so I just bought an argus super 75. I was wondering how many pictures are on a roll o...
Argus 75 Camera - Medium Format - Photo.net
Oct 26, 1999 · I have a similar TLR, Argus 40, which Argus made at about the same time as the Argoflex (or simply Argus) 75. The one I have has scale focusing, Aperture from 4.5 to 16, shutter speeds of B, 25, 50, 100, and 150. I recently shot a roll of re-rolled TMX and I have to agree with the above that it gives very soft portraits.

Nov 30, 2018 · Hello everyone. I'm relatively new here, however I have done searches both in the forums and outside the site and I haven't found much that can help. I recently came across my grandparents' Argoflex 75. It's in relatively new condition, and while I know it's not worth much I'd like to be able to ...

Trying out an Argus 75 - Classic Manual Film Cameras - Photo.net
Aug 9, 2007 · I don't know how the Argus 75 is set up, but I found the trimmed 120 started to work fine in a Kodak Jiffy, but the spool has slots on the side of the center axial hole, and these slipped sideways and jammed.
Argus Super 75 - some recent pixs. - Classic Manual Film Cameras ...
Apr 1, 2009 · The Argus Super 75 (54'-58') is one of my favorite cameras. But is sort of has an identity complex as its neither a box camera nor a true Twin. But it does produce a nice 6x6 neg. and has a fixed - slightly wide -65mm (35mm in 35) lens. BTW, how many 6x6 cameras do you know which has mor...
Argus Super 75 Flash Gun - Classic Manual Film Cameras - Photo.net
Oct 27, 2009 ·
I have an Argus Super 75 which seems to work fine. I got the flash gun with it, and recently acquired some Sylvania #5 flash bulbs. I tried a few dry runs, and noticed that the flash bulb is only igniting after I release the shutter button, so likely the shutter is …
Argus Super Seventy-Five Reassembly Help Needed
Sep 18, 2008 · As mentioned above, the Argus 75 takes 620 film, and to use it easily you need at least one spare 620 spool and to be able to re-spool 120 film onto it.
Is it really worth it to burn expensive film and processing costs in a basic box camera with an oversize viewfinder? Because that Argus certainly isn't a proper twin-lens reflex.

DIY Cable Release Adapter for the Argus Super 75
Oct 9, 2021 · The Super 75 seems indeed a paradox. I can only guess the marketing department chose the name to stress it as an upscale version of the popular Argus 75 to compete with the Kodak Duaflex with focusing Kodar lens and that name recognition took precedence over the uniqueness of the lens. It seems the lesser of the two evils.
