The Arch Wood was a dark, dense forest full of oak, ash, elm [4], shadowtop and duskwood trees. [1] The Arch Wood had ruins in it including the remains of an old elven school of wizardry. [4] It contained the ruined estate of House Keleidsa, which was guarded by a baelnorn before being taken over by Quamara Keleidsa in the late 14 th century DR.

Arch Wood was a tiny village hidden inside the forest of Arch Wood in the Dalelands and largely unknown to the outside world.[1] The village consisted of a small cluster of cottages, a blacksmith, and a watermill.[1]
