Apr 10, 2019 · My MS apes took 2 to 3 weeks from knots to harvest. Apes can take forever to grow. My clone grows faster then the MS tho. Bigger too. I think cloning with apes is a must if u want a good size and good grow. I normally harvest when the cap gets very dark blue and the stem will get kind of soft.

Jan 2, 2023 · So I have 30lbs of sub that is Coco Coir, Vermiculite, Hydrated Lime, Gypsum, ph buffers, ph stabilizers, mineral water and about 7.5 lbs of 5 grains inoced with APE. The grain bags are starting to show nice myc growth. I have 60 qt totes that I will be turning into mono tubs. I use a heat lamp with temperature sensor to maintain my temps.

I am growing apes, right now, and at the moment, they're popping. I have them in a 64 quart tub with lid on, FAE and misting 2x's, daily. Is there any advice you can lend to a fellow mycologist??
