Jan 25, 2024 · my endgame is the Trybrid... apparently Temoylatas weren’t well-received at the start, but have since found fans among the few people who’ve managed to grow the grafts to fruiting. Being a tripartite hybrid, any hybrid that manages to include all 3 species in their parent stock is gonna be an uneven hybrid by nature. 25+25+50 in percentages.

Nov 8, 2024 · There is a lot to learn with annonas. In hybrid names the mother tree is suposed to come first. Basically all the crosses are just 3 species Cherimoya, Sugar Apple (also known as Atis in its native range), and Custard Apple (Annona reticulata). With that knowledge you can piece together just about all the hybrid names.

Not much into on the specific variety but they do have pictures. Note: Australians say custard apple in the US we say atemoya.
