Anholt evaluates and manages the investment interests of The Kattegat Trust (“Kattegat”) worldwide. Anholt is a wholly owned subsidiary of Kattegat, and our management team has been working with Kattegat since 1998.

Anholt was the founding and sole investor in the predecessor entities to Compass Diversified Holdings (NYSE: CODI). CODI owns and manages a diverse family of established, niche market North American middle market businesses.
