Al-Falaq or The Daybreak[1] (Arabic: ٱلْفَلَقِ, al-falaq) is the 113th and penultimate chapter (sūrah) of the Qur'an. Alongside the 114th surah (Al-Nas), it helps form the Al-Mu'awwidhatayn. Al-Falaq is a brief five ayat (verse) surah, asking God for protection from evil: ۝ And from the evil of an envier when he envies." [3][9]

Say: “I seek refuge in the Lord of Felak”. (1) مِن شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ ﴿٢﴾. 113/Al-Falaq-2: Min sharri mea haalaak (haalaakaa). From the evil of what He has created.
