Aug 11, 2020 · Democratic Samara is at the very least functional state. Oppressive as Putinist Russia or modern Belarus. It may be brutal, but in Russia under Zykov will always be bread and order. Later, it will inevitably democratize in a more stable way than Buniachenko or Batov. Modernist Tomsk is not bad (I haven't played it yet).
